My mom is on her way home from Arizona and made a very important pit stop in Hatch, New Mexico — the Green Chile Capital of the World! 🤩
 
She’s bringing us back an entire gunnysack — about 40–50 lbs of freshly picked Hatch green chiles, right in the middle of chile season!
 
These are considered mild Hatch chiles, but we’ve been warned that this year’s crop is running a little hotter than normal. 🔥🌶️
 
They’ll be available in the farm store starting tomorrow morning while supplies last:
