Ricotti cheese will be made fresh the day prior to delivery.  Try it whipped with a drizzle of honey atop a slice of toasted sourdough bread and take it up a notch with roasted strawberries on top!  Make your favorite manicotti or lasange!  Our favorite is Mel's Kitchen Cafe "Best Baked Manicotti!"
 
The shelf life of ricotti is 5-6 days.  It is best kept upside down in the refridge.
